The Wise Advice of Hasan al-Bashri

1. “Indeed, the people before you saw the Qur'an as a love letter from their Lord; meditated at night, practiced during the day. " 2. “Choose a man whose religion is good. If anger does not insult, and if love will glorify." 3. "Indeed, if Allah were to directly punish all sinful creatures by cutting off their sustenance, surely all humans on this earth would have perished."
